The main role is to coordinate special product enquiries and take them from enquiry stage to delivery and adding value at every point.


Duties include:

• Collecting and recording information for special product enquiries
• Putting enquiries out to tender
• Recording supplier prices and lead times
• Following up enquiries with sales team and the client
• Passing product information to the product manager
• Tracking purchase orders
• Receive and cross check order confirmations
• Liaising with customer and sales team regarding delivery times
• Courtesy calls to customers after receiving goods


Skills & Experience

• The ability to communicate excellently both verbally and in writing
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent telephone manner
• Previous customer service experience
