This well established, yet progressive Glasgow IFA, advises mainly individual clients across the full range of financial services products.

An excellent opportunity exists for an IFA Administrator to join the hard working and enthusiastic team, providing a full range of pension administration support service to the advisers.

Applicants will have a good working knowledge of pensions processes, preferably with experience of occupational pension transfers, gained with either an IFA or product provider.

The candidate will be a team player who is able to apply their knowledge to the efficient processing of administrative tasks in this busy office, meeting deadlines where required. Working within the general guidelines of procedures already in place, the candidate will be willing to contribute towards the ongoing development of these procedures and will be encouraged to do so.

Progress with CII examinations may be beneficial, but is not essential. You will have the opportunity to gain your exams if you like and will be encouraged to advance towards full qualifications. Flexibility will also be given to adapt and develop the role to match your ability and ambition.
