We're looking for a candidate who has good administration experience along with excellent interpersonal skills to join our clients team as Recruitment Administrator on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract.
Our client is based on the outskirts of Lancaster.
The overall responsibilities of the role are to provide customer focused administration support to our clients Recruitment and HR Teams.
The role will involve:
Preparing adverts and job specs ready for approval
Ensuring all key administrative recruitment processes are being followed
Adding new vacancies to the recruitment system
Arranging interviews and assessment centres as requested
Send declines to unsuccessful candidates
Typing of documents including letters, handbooks, policies etc
Compile and maintain staff records and ensure everything is updated on the group database
Support the wider HR team as required
The successful candidate will have a professional, friendly and helpful manner and conduct themselves in a confidential and diplomatic way.
