Are you looking to join an established firm that provides full training and support towards their employees?

My client are a specialist IFA firm in the beautiful area of Solihull who are seeking an enthusiastic professional with previous IFA experience. You will be joining an established team combined of an Office Manager, 5 experienced Administrators, 3 Technical Team members, alongside a Paraplanner. 

You will be responsible for supporting the Office Manager and Paraplanner including various technical responsibilities including:

- Suitability report composition
- Data record keeping
- Client and provider liaison
- Diary arrangement
- Attending monthly meetings with senior staff and Financial Planners
- Assist with the researching of various financial products when required

Ideally you will already be an experienced IFA Administrator and be familiar with Pensions, Investments & Protection. If you have back office system experience with either Intelligent Office, Adviser Office or X-Plan this would be advantageous.

You must also be a great team player, an effective communicator and a good professional telephone manner.
