***Experienced SENCO, or previous leadership experience within a School
***Must hold QTS and hold or we be working towards a SENCO qualification

The Position - Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO)

For this SENCO role based in Doncaster, the ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge on special education as well as strong management and leadership skills. You will be required to lead and manage a rather large team, and the majority will be support staff. You must be able to model outstanding teaching practice as well as the ability to plan and teach outstanding interventions. Being the schools SENCO/Inclusion Manager you must have a strong passion for SEN and want to develop and benefit the lives of special needs pupils as well as having the appropriate skills and qualities to show inspirational leadership, great organisation and interpersonal skills to lead your team efficiently.
