Our client manufactures efficient ware-washing systems for the catering and hospitality industry and they are looking for a self motivated candidate to join their team.

This is an office based role, however there is a small amount of manual handling in dealing with the return & inspection of parts for credit.

Personal Characteristics: 
Self motivated and a good self manager
Methodical and able to develop best practice systems whilst meeting company, customer and 3rd party expectations
Good telephone manner and able to remain calm under pressure
Cheerful personality and able to work with individuals from a variety of backgrounds

Main Duties:

Managing stock levels
Dealing with sales enquiries
Processing Sales Orders
Processing the return of parts
Inspecting returned parts and raising credits
Identifying opportunities for improvement to best practice
Performing regular stock takes and ensuring all stock is accounted for
Liaising with other internal departments

Essential skills:
Good standard of English & Maths at GCSE level
Strong IT skills with the ability to adapt to new systems
Good communication skills
Professional and mature with an ability to work closely with other colleagues and under their own initiative
