Sous Chef - Banqueting

Reed Hospitality are looking to recruit a Sous Chef on a temporary basis to work with our exclusive client in Aberdeen. 

Our client is a leading caterer in the North East, based across several venues in and around Aberdeen. They are looking for an experienced and skilled chef to join their expanding team on a temporary basis, mainly working weekends. 

As Sous Chef, you will be heavily involved in unloading stock, preparing fresh ingredients, making sauces and cooking and plating guest's meals. You will work as part of the banqueting team to cater for large groups, often exceeding 60 guests.

This role would suit someone who is immediately available, has recent and relevant experience within contract catering/banqueting as well as high volume catering. As the role is temporary, the ideal candidate will be flexible in terms of shift times and locations, preferrably with access to their own car.
