REED Sales are currently recruiting for a Solutions Sales Consultant, on behalf of their client, who are a well established supplier of digital office solutions, based in Ipswich.

Following the phenomenal success of their existing sales team, they are recruiting someone who, by using their ideas and knowledge, can help move the business further forward within Document Solution Software.

HOURS OF WORK
08.30 to 17.00 Monday to Friday (½ hour lunch). Due to the nature of the industry, it is expected you will be flexible with regards to your start and finish times.

THE PERSON – KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

• Full understanding of the technical and business concepts surrounding the following areas: Document Management, Electronic Content Management, Print Management, Workflow Solutions and Capture Solutions
• The ability to design and propose complex technologies
• A proven understanding of IT and Document Management Solutions
• Proven experience in consultative selling and solution sales

SUMMARY OF THE JOB – ACTIVITY

• Provide pre-sales support for the agreed Portfolio of Products and Services, including Sales calls, presentations, demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, assessment services and production of proposals
• Work with Sales force to identify next steps for Solution opportunities within each account
• Promotion of the services through to Sales
• Solution design using the agreed portfolio of products that are compatible with the customers' infrastructure
• Ownership of the statement of requirement documents from creation through to customer approval
• Ensure regular production of their individual Solution and Services pipeline to both Sales and Pre-Sales Management
• Development and delivery of both business and technical solutions
• Responsible for resolving any on-going technical issues with the customer
