Our client, a North London Borough, is seeking 2 Social Workers for its Leaving Care service.

You will be working with young people aged 16-25, mainly 16 & 17 year-olds, carrying out statutory responsibilities including Pathway Plans and Personal Education Plan.

You will support the young person with their transition into adulthood including finance, housing, education, employment etc.

For these roles, we can consider Leaving Care expertise pre-qualifying or post-qualifying, LAC experience or CIN/CP experience.

The roles will last 3 months initially but may last longer, and we can offer up to £30 umbrella depending on experience.

You will work in the office once every 3 weeks when on duty, otherwise you can work from home.

Visits to young people will only be carried out with the appropriate risk assessment and PPE.
