Our client is a popular East Midlands based authority who is looking to recruit to 2 Permanent Team Manager posts across their Child Protection and Children In Need teams.
The vacancies are partly down to a restructure in service and the successful candidate will benefit from Ofsted 'Good' leadership. You will take management of 2 Senior Practitioners, 4 QSWs and up to 5 Family Support and Intervention workers.
Salaries on offer are up to £48,000pa plus employee benefits such as Local Government Pension Scheme, Sick Pay, Training and career development opportunities plus much more.
To be considered, you must be a SWE Registered Social Worker and either have previous experience as a Team Manager or an exceptional record as a Senior Social Worker with supervisory experience. You will have extensive CP/CIN experience.
