Reed Business Support Oxford, are working in partnership with this leading Educational Establishment supporting the exciting launch of a new work programme. This role is a Temporary assignment between 6-12 months.
Location- Working from Home
Duration- 6-12 Month Temporary assignment
Pay rate- £13.44 per hour
Hours- Part time hours- up to 18 hours, may be more when required (Flexible)
Purpose of role:
The primary purpose of this role is to assist in the launch by planning and delivering content and communications campaigns and demonstrating its impact in this area. This will include providing written and multimedia content for our social media platforms, blog and newsletter. Working closely with the existing team and external marketing managers, the role will also involve supporting customer relationships, maintaining our customer database, managing new enquiries and addressing any questions about this Programme.
Duties include:
- Create a weekly and monthly content calendar that will support team in organising communication timelines
- Working with the team to ensure key impact and success stories are extracted from our programmes, and ventures Content Delivery
- Produce weekly, long-form original content involving liaising with our community, interviewing, editing and proof-reading. This includes different formats across print and digital. Ensure all content reflects the Institute values and vision.
- Maintain regular communication and collaboration with team members to collect news and events for the content timeline.
The successful candidate will have a background in a marketing, communications or social media environment with ideally a humanities, social science, or business degree. Strong communication skills are a must with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
