REED Marketing & Creative are currently recruiting for a Social Media Manager to join a leading organisation based in Skipton.

This is a full-time and permanent position, offering a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum PLUS excellent company benefits!

You will be responsible for the delivery and development of the overall Social Media Strategy for the business as well as managing all content for social platforms, including scheduling and reporting.

Main responsibilities:

• Manage Social Media Strategy across all products and propositions.
• Work with internal and external suppliers to ensure delivery of timely and cost-effective social posts.
• Provide briefs for the studio and digital content team to ensure communications are accurate and engaging and aligned.
• Ensure all Social posts are in line with the brand and proposition.
• Work with key internal stakeholders to support the planning and development of Social campaigns.
• Support the delivery of Social media activity to maximise performance.
• Report on Social Media activity and successes.
• Report on ROI.
• Manage budgets and schedules for all Social Media campaigns.
• Brief the creative development team on relevant online campaign assets to support engagement across Social Media platforms.
• Manage sign off of activity across stakeholders.
• Work with the Marketing team to make sure Social Media activity is within budget.
• Communicate results and implement plans to improve ROI.

Candidate requirements:

• Educated to degree level or equivalent professional qualification - ideally in Marketing.
• CIM and/ or IDM qualification is desirable.
• Knowledge of a variety of online acquisition channels.
• Proven ability to influence, engage and work with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work on your own initiative.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• An understanding of integrated Marketing Campaigns.
• Knowledge of end-to-end Social campaign management, including planning and analysis.
• Direct Marketing experience - online and offline channels.
• Digital Marketing experience - display, social media, search.
• Event management experience.
