Supporting the Project Manager, your responsibilities will include controlling and implementing project paperwork, designing ideas for posters and other publicity information, monitoring documents, assisting with organising events and other aspects of delivery. You will also visit Children’s Centres and other community venues in order to promote and publicise courses.
You will enjoy working with a range of people from different backgrounds, including young parents, local business representatives, and council stakeholders. You will need to be both professional and personable as you represent the Council. High quality organisation and administration skills are needed in this role, and you will be able to work in a confident fashion to make sure that all administrative procedures and processes are followed and further developed. You will be able to use the Microsoft Office suite of packages.
