Reed Business Support are looking for a Site Administrator to cover Holiday for our clients based in Mildenhall.
Your responsibilities will include a range of the below duties
- Being the first point of contact for calls and transferring calls via the right department
- Processing paperwork and supporting your department within the business
- Diary Management
- Reception duties
- Looking after emails within Outlook
- Complete admin duties including filing, scanning and binding of documents
- Other ad hoc admin duties as required.
Dates - Friday 21st August (handover with the current side administrator)
Then you will cover from Monday 24th August - Friday 28th August
Hours - 7.30am -5pm
Pay £9.00-£10.00 per hour
