Excellent opportunity for the right candidate.
I am looking for a candidate who is looking for their first or second office role. Must have good MS Office skills, including Excel.

Some experience would be beneficial.

You will be part of the accounting team and have responsibility for the following tasks;
- Be the primary phone contact.
- General filing.
- Scanning & allocating.
- Inputting purchase ledger invoices.
- Sending out remittance advice.
- Processing sales ledger invoices.
- Incoming and outgoing post.
- Seeing to incoming and outgoing deliveries.
- Arranging couriers.
- Signing in visitors.
- Arranging lunch for any meetings.
