Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 dependant on experience (plus £4,000 inner London weighting if based in central London)

Contract: either Permanent or a 6-12 month fixed term contract

What is this role?

This is an exciting opportunity to help shape a new service offering within Reed’s portfolio. This role will focus on the design and delivery of our Services Procurement Managed Service offering. You will play a part in pre, during and post sales activity to help Reed ensure the service meets and exceeds market demand, is developed with clients effectively and then is implemented and delivered in the best way.

You will be owning and developing our services procurement/ Statement of Work (SoW) Managed Service solution both in terms of how it works and also how it is taken to market. Your role will involve capturing the requirements to select the right technology to suit the needs of the client, helping to scope out a roadmap for delivery of SoW and Services Procurement, working with Reed’s client engagement team in a technical sales capacity to translate client requirements in to business process and solutions, translating these requirements into implementation schedules and also working with Reed’s account management team after the go-live date to develop and improve the service.

Who would suit this role?

We are looking for someone with a specific set of skills and experience so you must have proven experience relating to the delivery of service procurement as part of a managed service solution (MSP). This experience needs to have been gained in a practical way to show evidence of success and capability.

Key skills
• Operationally managed and delivered an MSP solution including SoW / Services Procurement
• Delivered through a VMS solution that includes SoW (likely Beeline, Fieldglass, IQN)
• Clear understanding of the business process of delivering SoW solutions

Useful but not essential
• Delivery of consultancy services (particularly tech projects) would be a benefit but not essential
• Experience in a sales / business development role
• Experience of implementing a VMS that has SoW capability
• Experience in managing the design of individual statement of work documents
