The role requires you to provide consistent high-quality support to members and clients, working across both our Customer Care and Benefit Administration functions; to become a source of specialist knowledge to support clients and colleagues; and to assist in the planning of schemes, delivery of the support services to members and clients and accurate reporting of schemes to clients and providers. Good candidates for this position are polite and helpful, with strong communication, time management and organizational skills.


We are looking for a friendly and service-oriented person to join our Customer Support team. You love solving problems and are willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Greet customers (on the phone, by email or via live chat)
• Identify customer problems and provide appropriate solutions
• Check voicemail, chat, and/or electronic cue frequently to identify customers who need service
• Proactively follow up leads and reach out to understand customers’ problems
• Create/update help tickets to document customer interactions
• Escalate complex support issues to higher level supervisors/manager
• Provide information about product specifications
• Interact with other internal departments to resolve customer issues
• Provide internal feedback regarding reoccurring issues (e.g. improper service, internal miscommunication) that can affect customer satisfaction
• Support other representatives within the team

r>• Over 1 years’ administration and call Centre experience, ideally in employee benefits administration
• Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work closely with colleagues as part of a team
• High level of verbal and written communication skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Effective time and deadline management
• Ability to prioritise tasks
Excellent MS Excel and data manipulation skills
• Understanding or interest in learning Prince 2 methodology
• Data Protection Act qualification/high level awareness of risks
