We are currently recruiting for a Service Improvement Manager to join one of the leading housing associations in the UK. This role is on a six month fixed term contract based in Nottingham.

Purpose of your role

You'll be responsible for setting up and leading a cross-functional continuous improvement framework, with the purpose of resolving customer impacting  issues. You'll do this by engaging representatives of each service area and facilitating the design of fit for purpose solutions. You'll also be required to manage the evaluation and implementation of service improvement initiatives.

Your Main Accountabilities

- Proactively work with stakeholders to identify and manage service improvement items, ensuring they go through the defined service improvement framework

- Provide feedback based on analysis to business leads to aid service improvement solution design

- Produce business cases and options appraisals to support and enable decision making at a senior level

- Design and implement solutions based on analysis of root cause and trends

- Complete project documentation for service improvement items, including SOAPs, PID`s and project plans to comply with the Transformation project governance framework

- Manage the service improvement forum, identifying experts and facilitating the identification and prioritisation of service improvement items

Your experience

- Qualified in either Sigma, Lean, Prince2 or other project methodologies

- Comprehensive understanding of service delivery processes

- Proven ability to interpret data and provide appropriate insight

- Proven experience of working in line with a Service Improvement Framework

- Ability to demonstrate experience of managing projects

- Strong stakeholder management experience with the ability to communicate with people at all levels and across dispersed geographic locations
