Service Desk Officer – 1st/2nd Line Support sought after by a leading Public Sector organisation to be based in Central London.

Service Desk Officer – 1st/2nd Line Support.

Salary – up to £32k. Permanent Position. Central London

As a Service Desk Officer you will be providing front- line user support to all users and customers throughout the company.
• Registration issues (resetting passwords, account creation etc.)
• Problems accessing our systems and services (email, Wi-Fi etc.)
• Computing advice and information
• Desktop support.
• Carrying out ITS reception and other administrative duties when necessary.
• Deputise when required for Service Desk Team Leader or other colleagues.

Must hold an ITL Foundation and have previous experience within a 1st Line IT Service Desk role.

Central London. This will be an engaging role. Up to £32k with benefits.
