Service Desk Manager / IT Support Manager (Windows / Azure / Cloud) sought by a rapidly expanding organisation with offices in Oxford, to lead a team of Service Desk Engineers (1st, 2nd & 3rd Line) supporting their users with any technical issues.
You will be managing a team of 4 experienced engineers, defining, refining and implementing new processes for continuous improvement of the support function, ensuring SLA’s are well defined and adhered too. Whilst a lot of this role will be focussed on the management side, the ideal candidate will be able to get involved and be confident in support the users with technical issues.
Windows Server (2008r2 or 2012r2)
Windows Desktop technologies
App Virtualisation – Hyper-V, App-V, Citrix etc.
Exchange / Office 365
Azure IaaS (desirable)
