Level 1 Service Desk Consultant - Glasgow – Up to £20,000 DOE
First Line Service Desk Consultant opportunity in Glasgow, Reed are proud to represent a UK Leader in IT.
The successful candidate will be responsible for
- Providing 1st line support, ensure customers tickets are responded to within SLA.
- Resolving incidents
- Updating ticketing systems
- Maintaining a high quality of service
- Liaising with the 2nd line Support team
- Desktop Support experience
- Positive telephone manner
- Microsoft Exchange experience
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in a service desk environment.
- Qualification in IT would be desirable.
