What you will be doing:
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and networking issues on Mac and PC
• Respond to Help Desk requests/tickets; follow in-house procedures and escalation processes utilizing ticketing system
• Responsible for timely resolution of problems or escalation on behalf of staff to appropriate support teams
• Create, maintain and delete user accounts (Windows Active Directory, VPN, Voicemail, hosted services, etc.).
• Support and troubleshooting of printers
• Administration of hosted services (Google Apps, Office 365, GitHub, Stash)
• Create and maintain working documents (Change Management)

What makes you the best candidate:
• Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal as well as excellent follow-up
Fluency in the English language and at least intermediate level of French language
• Firm understanding of change management, corporate compliance, and security principles
• Firm understanding of data governance, data protection/encryption
Service Desk experience supporting Mac OS X (10.9 +), Microsoft Windows 7, Microsoft Windows 10, Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange, Adobe Creative Cloud, Imaging/Deployment services (SCCM, Apple System Image Utility)
• Flexible and able to work as both part of a team and independently
• Accustomed to working under deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Ability to prioritize assignments, attention to detail
• Some travel required across Europe
