Service Desk Analyst

My client is searching for an experience Service Desk Analyst to joining their team in Bolton on a contract basis

Role profile
The successful applicant will need to have a Microsoft background with particular expertise in InTune and BYOD (Bring your own device). They will also answer calls, triage tickets raised by the business, update tickets using our Feedback and Support portal and communicate updates and resolutions to the business users.

Key Responsibilities:
• Answer calls to the Service Operations Team in a polite and timely manner
• Update progress of the tickets on the Feedback and Support portal
• Triage tickets and ensure they are forwarded to the correct contact with the required SLA’s
• Deal with user responses in a polite and timely manner

Key Skills:

• Experience on a help desk or a similar client facing role would be preferable
• Service orientated approach
• Must have good analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to keep calm under pressure
