Our client, a market leader in timetabling and resource scheduling software solutions is on the lookout for a Service Desk Agent to join their team. You will be working closely with the web development team.

You will be in a customer facing role but work alongside a team of expert service analysts which will give you the best opportunity to learn and develop your career.

Position- Service Desk Agent
Location- Cambridge
Salary- £21-24k per annum dependant on experience

Key requirements for the Service Desk Agent:
• Degree or Vocational qualification in a numerate/ tech subject (preferred)
• Technically minded and customer focused
• Meeting SLA’s
• Triage
• Practical experience in a support environment
• Attend customer meetings
• Problem solver
Desired
• Knowledge/ experience of ITIL process
