Service Desk Analyst / Service Desk Agent / 1st Line Support / Helpdesk Engineer / Tier 1 Support / Technical Support Engineer sought by one of the UK's most prestigious Healthcare providers to join their expanding Service Team who can demonstrate high quality skills in 1st/2nd line support and great understanding of technical issues.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years’ experience in a Service Desk position.

Key Accountability's:
- Incident Management
- SLA Adherence
- Problem/Technical Issue Management
- Vendor Relationship Management

Key skills will include:
- Basic understanding of electrical/electronic technologies
- Good Communication skills
- An analytical approach to problem solving
- Detailed approach to call logging/issue fixing
