I am recruiting for a Service Desk Coordinator to join my client on a full-time permanent basis. 

You will be responsible for assisting private and commercial clients with general enquiries regarding their purchased services. 
Duties include: 
- Answering telephone and email enquiries related to technical issues
- Book job on the system
- Allocate engineers to site visits
- Prioritise and organise workloads
- Ensure information on systems is correct and kept up to date
- Liaise with internal departments
- Assist with taking orders for additional equipment as required

The successful candidate will have previous customer services experience within a call handling/helpdesk role. You will have excellent communication skills, a professional telephone manner and the ability to build rapport.
