An award winning legal firm have a requirement for a Service Delivery Manager to come into the company in order to assist the CIO with the management of the delivery for the entire IT estate.
This role will allow you to be the interface between the CIO function and key IT suppliers in order to ensure the CIO function has a clear understanding of them. You will also be involved with championing and implementing changes that would improve all service levels throughout the business. This will include improving plans for geographical locations, group divisions, ITIL processes, and managing all service and supplier contracts.
This role will also see you handling large scale contracts worth up to £2m p/a, and ensuring that the service these contracts provide are fit for purpose.
In exchange, there is a package on offer of up to £65k, with a need to be in the office in Sheffield 3 days per week, with flexibility around that.
