Job: Service Delivery Manager
Contract: 18 months FTC
- Ensure that a high quality service is provided internally and externally at all times
- Maintain operations within the customer service and compliance functions
- Ensure all reports and procedures are to a high level and developed regularly
- Review MI trends and run development projects
- Review all procedures to ensure consistency with efficient and budgets
- Manager internal and external stakeholders and taking responsibility of the operational service delivery
- Experience working within contract or service management
- Customer service experience at senior level
- Experience managing and developing on KPIs and SLAs
- Able to analyse large amounts of data and spot trends
- Ability to decipher complex information
