As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing key administrative support to our client’s technical services function.
Updating and maintaining the Company’s equipment register, you’ll pinpoint the equipment owned by the company as opposed to any equipment purchased by the customer. You’ll respond to any incoming customer service calls, inform Service Engineers of customer issues and sign off the successful completion of each job.
Your other duties will include:
- Maintaining records of the work completed by each Engineer
- Monitoring new account equipment orders
- Ordering parts as required
- Ensuring that all contracts and customer callouts are invoiced before any further work is completed
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Previous administration experience
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office & IT Skills
Proactive and self-motivated with a good telephone manner. As an Office Administrator you must be highly organised with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
