Temporary full time Receptionist/ Service Administrator
You will be working in a busy office, with very little supervision:
- Receptionist duties
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Responding appropriately to immediate needs on drop in visits (laundry, food, clothes etc)
- Answering the phone and passing on calls/taking messages
- Responding to service enquiries
- Responding to enquiries via phone and email
- Managing/Monitoring external secure emails
- Content Server/file management
- Booking taxis for yp
- Printing/laminating/binding
- Saving documents to content server
- Arranging meetings / - Setting up / starting zoom meetings
- Booking meeting rooms
