Here at Crawley Business Support we have a exciting opportunity for a competent Administrator to join a growing business in the East Grinstead area in their service team on a full time temporary ongoing basis until end of June 2020.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Receiving claims from field based engineers and cross checking all information given is correct.
- Submitting claims raised by field based engineers
- Checking status of claims on a weekly basis
- Looking into all queries that are raised and taking appropriate action where needed
- Keeping all information held on the internal database up to date and accurate
- Submitting any outstanding claims to head office
- Passing approved invoices to accounts for payment
- Assisting with general administration duties as required in order to support the new company system
To be successful in this role you will need to have excellent organisation skills, strong communication skills both written and verbal and be able to multi task in a busy office environment.
Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
