The Senior Service Delivery Manager is a senior individual in the Senior Service Delivery Management team and takes responsibility for the delivery of services to strategic, regional accounts whose operations span a regional geography. The services that are managed include complex managed services to large programmes and Enterprise Services engagements. The Senior Service Delivery Manager has expert ability in ensuring a coordinated delivery of the service in multiple locations across the region involving at times different countries, cultures, people and technologies.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
* Senior Service Delivery Manager ensure that services are delivered according to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA) and other contractual obligations
* Senior Service Delivery Manager ensure a culture of service management excellence is developed and maintained.
* Senior Service Delivery Manager ensure service delivery by ensuring that the right employees, equipment and products are deployed and available and that the service delivered meets the quality requirements agreed with the client.
* Senior Service Delivery Manager identify risks to solution implementation.
* Senior Service Delivery Manager assist the Sales organisation to identify opportunities to up sell services and to track other opportunities that may emerge.
* Senior Service Delivery Manager contribute to and optimise the contract renewal process.
* Senior Service Delivery Manager Drive the resolution of escalated problems.
* Senior Service Delivery Manager Build effective working relationships with senior internal stakeholders involved in the account or portfolio of accounts.

What skills and experience you have to bring
* 10 years of experience in the IT field
* Excellent client service orientation and impeccable relationship building skills
* Display an analytical orientation and continually identify mechanisms for improved service delivery
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong leadership qualities that support a strategic development approach
* Display excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage work processes
* Display the ability to mentor and coach others
* People management ability
