This role supports a Sales team, within an Operational function.
• To provide full operational support for the Direct & Indirect Sales teams.
• Ensure sales are correctly processed by liaising with internal departments, and managing despatch of contracts & documentation.
• Prepare reports for Account Managers, handle customer calls, and generally assist the smooth running of the Operations team function.
• To ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of the job role.
• Providing support & training to other team members.
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
At least 12 months experience in an administrative environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to quality
Strong attention to detail
Ability to identify and implement improvements to working processes
Experience in managing relationships with external consultants an advantage
