What the role looks like:

Due to continued growth and a recent contract win within an existing client in one of Reed Talent Solution’s client portfolio in the banking sector, we are pleased to offer the exciting opportunity for a Senior Resourcing Business Partner to deliver a first class.

Your role will be to help develop and implement the strategic resourcing service for high volume recruitment within the contract. You will be responsible for ensuring that Reed Talent Solutions achieve their commercial goals in line with forecast financial targets for this contract through managing contract performance.

As the Senior Resourcing Business Partner in the north you will be working very closely with our Account Manager in the south who oversees this entire contract to manage the relationships and contract delivery in the north. This role will involve travel between their sites in Newcastle, Glasgow, Sheffield, Teesside and Bradford as well as occasional visits to our head office in Northampton, so you will need to be a car driver. You will initially be part of the wider team based in the south with a view that long term you will also manage a team of your own in the north as the contract becomes imbedded in.

Who makes a good Senior Resourcing Business Partner?

We are looking for someone with a proven track record in Managed Service Provider (MSP) or Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) recruitment. We would also consider those with experience of on-site recruitment ideally within a professional sector. Ideally we are looking for an experience Resourcing/Recruitment Business Partner or Account Manager. You must also have experience of volume recruitment and a good understanding of delivering assessment centres. You will also need to be a car driver and be willing to occasionally travel to some of the client sites.
