Senior Project Officer
We are looking for someone with experience of coordinating or support a project. Suitable candidates will be working with the medical directors office, but will support the facilities team in the implementation of review on staff spaces.
you will need have skills in;
- General project support
- Working autonomously to coordinate projects
- Monitor and keep track of timelines and goals of projects
- Coordination of different work stream across multiple teams
- Budget management
- Liaison with contractors, imperial charity and internal departments.
The role will include responsibility for coordinating several project work streams; maintaining documentation and reporting; the scheduling and maintenance of meetings and will be the first point of contact for the enquiries about projects.
