Reed are working with a local authority in North London who are looking for a number of experienced Senior Project Managers to join their Capital Programme Delivery Team. Provide full range of professional services, from inception to final account, for the Property Services department.
- Predominantly working on the Council’s Housing Stock, works range from fire safety works, new roofs, windows, kitchen & bathrooms, external decoration programmes and a wide variety of M&E Service contracts. Occasional works on non-housing schemes will also be required to be undertaken.
The Senior Project Manager will cover the larger and more complex projects, provide advice and some mentoring to more junior / less experienced colleagues
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for delivering projects on time, to budget and to the required quality.
Provide a surveying and planning supervisory service.
Ensuring information required by the council in relation to a project is provided in the form and at the time required
- Experience of using the NHF Schedule of Rates would be an advantage however an ability to adapt quickly to an ever changing environment and be able deal with a wide variety of different schemes.
- Ability to effectively manage and lead on a number of projects at any one time.
- Demonstrable experience and knowledge oh building construction and design, maintenance, repair and refurbishment in relation to public sector housing and/or public buildings from inception to completion.
