An exciting opportunity for an IFA Administrator to join an innovative leading Financial Adviser Firm!

This organisation is a focused business who strive to provide the best possible professional financial advice to all of their clients. They are looking for a hardworking IFA Administrator to join their team.

Salary:
negotiable dependant on experience.

The client is looking for someone who is looking for a long term career prospect and would like to help you achieve your chosen career goal whether that be to become a Paraplanner, Office Manager or IFA.

THE CLIENT IS IDEALLY LOOKING FOR FULL TIME CANDIDATES BUT WILL LOOK AT SLIGHTLY REDUCED HOURS FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE.

Duties Include:

• Providing high quality administration and analytical support to clients and Financial Planners.
• Processing new business and servicing queries.
• Liaising with clients and providers, dealing with queries and requests.
• Assisting with researching.
• Maintaining and updating client information and systems.
• Obtaining client valuations and preparing client meeting packs.

An Ideal Candidate will have:

• Proven experience working in an IFA Administrator role.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organisational skills and a professional attitude.
• Understanding of industry regulations.
