Reed HR are working with a reputable company in Kent to help them find a new HR Advisor.
Due to a lot of change and expansion in the company, this is an ER focused role where you will be expected to have a strong background in Employee Relations and TUPE.
Working as part of the HR team, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
-Managing complex ER cases and providing expert guidance to ensure case management is dealt with in a timely manner.
-Supporting line management with disciplinary and grievance matters
-Reviewing current HR policies and procedures
-Building strong relationships within the HR and wider teams
-Ensuring the database is accurate and up to date
What we are looking for:
-You will have to be experienced in Employee Relations and TUPE, at least 2 years
-You will be highly knowledgeable with the latest employment law updates and employee legislation
-You will have a proven track record in successful case management
-You will be CIPD qualified, a minimum of Level 5
-You will be determined and driven to succeed
-You will have a clean full UK driving licence
This is a full time, permanent position working Monday to Friday.
