Reed HR are currently working alongside an expanding manufacturing company based in Sussex who are urgently seeking a HR advisor to join their team on a temp to perm basis.
This role has a salary of £30,000 - £40,000pa dependent on experience.
The key responsibilities will be as follows:
• Assist with TUPE management
• Support the transformation project and deliver key initiatives and planning
• Take a lead on various project work
• Coach and advise on Employee Relation matters
• Ad-hoc administrative duties
• Manage disciplinary and grievance investigations
• Reviewing on company policies, procedures and implementations
Skills and Experience:
• Substantial experience within HR
• Change management experience
• Dealing with employee relations cases
• CIPD qualified
• Previous experience with working on TUPE casework
