They are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Administrator to join their team.

The successful applicant will be expected to deliver a high touch and professional service to the client portfolio, whilst providing competent and proactive administration of the business.
The role will also require you to provide support to fellow colleagues, Financial Advisers and Senior Management, where appropriate.
Further responsibilities will include:
Delivery of high quality, professional and caring service to our clients both external and internal.
Processing of new business including the production of suitability reports and other various reporting required throughout the life-cycle of the client.
Ensuring client information is fully documented, meets all relevant regulatory and company standards, and is continuously maintained.
You will have already established yourself within an IFA administration role and be competent in most aspects of individual Investment and Pension business. You will be a confident communicator comfortable in dealing with clients directly over the telephone and may have some experience / exposure to face-to-face client meetings. You will also enjoy variety in your day dealings and find it easy to manage multiple cases and clients at the same time.
