Reed Marketing are delighted to be working with a leading organisation based in Folkestone who are expanding their marketing team for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive.

Main purpose of the role, will be to focus on the membership project, planning personalised user journeys and tests.

Responsibilities
- Provide thought leadership and insight for driving onsite personalisation innovation
- Working closely with the UX and UI teams to develop engaging, functional and innovative sites with the goal of driving usage and conversion
- Generate test ideas for personalisation
- Work with development teams to implement new tests
- Support the roll out and implementation of Adobe Target across membership and group pages
- Hands on Adobe Target user, create tests, roll out, set KPI’s and monitor
- Feed into our cookie and personalisation strategy for customers arriving via email
- Design re-targeting campaigns, by customer segment, presenting the right content at the right time to the right customer
- Interpret data from Adobe Analytics, draw conclusions & make recommendations
- Set KPI/’s for all activity performance
- Developing a deep understanding of our customers and different behaviours by segment
- Provide documentation and guidance around best practice CRO
-Conduct best practice forums to encourage idea share across divisions
- Inform and support the strategy for rolling out on-site personalisation to membership pages and group pages, assisting in developing scope and making sure the correct data is available to assess tests
- Support the Digital Marketing Manager


Requirements
- Marketing Qualification
- Demonstrate experience with conversion rate optimizartion
- Previous experience of analysis, targeting, optimisation, measurement.
- Strong understanding of conversion drivers, marketing, and sales and purchase cycles.
- Flexible, able to adapt to a moving brief
- Ability to learn in a fast changing work environment
- Commercial and results-driven
- Adaptable and flexible to fast moving environment
- Passion for the digital industry
- Keen to get involved in a growth area in its early stages
