My client, a service provider to businesses across the country is looking for someone to join the team initially on a temporary basis with the potential of it becoming permanent.
The company have been operating for several years, they have made a name for themselves as the "go to" company within their field.
This job is not your typical "Customer Service Advisor" position. This job will challenge your skills, and this is how a typical day will look;
Answer calls as quickly as possible, reassure the caller that they are being listened to, take notes of the whole conversation, log them on the system to create a "case" then make the customer aware that this will be looked at within a certain amount of time, and then repeat. Many calls come in by the minute so speed is key! You will need to operate in a way where you can prioritise the cases into manageable timescales.
As well as doing this, you will be expected to handle regular calls and operate on a switchboard basis putting the calls through to the relevant person.
The working hours are Monday to Friday 09:30 - 17:30 with a 30 minute lunch break.
The full time equivalent salary is £22,000 - Broken down to an hourly rate of £10.57 which will be paid on a weekly basis via REED.
