My client a very prestigious Wealth Planning Firm in the Reading Area is actively looking to recruit a skilled Wealth Planning Client Services Administrator to join their very successful Team based on the Reading Area.  Currently working at Senior Level within an IFA Practice you will be able to hit the ground running very quickly and have excellent skills within IFA Support. 

The Main duties will be as follows:-

 Processing new business and issuing policy documents/contract notes utilising the Adviser Office system (or any future back office system chosen)
 Maintaining an accurate record of the client’s financial situation (as detailed on the Personal Financial Questionnaire) on the Adviser Office system
 Dealing with changes to policies, funds and client personal details
 Processing transfers of agency to the company 
 Updating and producing periodic valuations and portfolio reviews
 Maintenance of Adviser Office diary and document management system
 Liaison with investment/insurance companies/platforms to ensure that all matters are brought to an early conclusion
 Responding to client and consultant requests and dealing with these in a timely manner
 Calculating fees and raising invoices in accordance with Client Agreement
 Updating manual fund prices and adding new funds/plans to Adviser Office when requested to do so
 Performing 4-eyes checks for online transactions, ensuring the data entered is correct and matches the client instructions
 Provide training and guidance for junior members of staff in the absence of the Team Leader or when requested to do so
 Other duties as required and requested to ensure the smooth running of the Wealth Management department and the company as a whole.

To be considered you must be able to demonstrate the following:-

 Strong organisational skills
 Ability to prioritise work effectively, work under pressure, and to strict deadlines
 An in depth understanding of the Regulatory requirements applicable to an Independent Financial Adviser and a willingness to incorporate these into day to day working practices
 Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, with colleagues, clients, and third parties, and be assertive when necessary
 Work accurately and efficiently, ensuring all work is of a high professional standard
 IT Skills/Knowledge

The role holder should have an in depth working knowledge of the following software applications:

 Adviser Office
 INVU Document Management
 Microsoft Office
 Internet
