An exciting business based in Liverpool looking to fill a large number of additional roles within their business throughout several departments. Our client has a urgent requirement for additional experienced Claims Handlers to join their growing team.

Claims Handler - About The Job:

We are looking for candidates with prior Claims Handler / Claims Handling experience from any market to work within our inbound Insurance Incident Management team. If successful you will be given full training in Motor Insurance Claims procedures, to the extent whereby you will make liability decisions, handling complex and serious incidents whilst ensuring the customer is given top class Customer Service and supported throughout the Claims process at all times.

Skills / Experience Required:

Previous life & pensions claims experience would be preferable but not essential, also ability to deal with claims from cradle to grave. ideally experience should include previous exposure to pensions, possibly annuities, but that would be viewed as a bonus, not an essential requirement.
