The main duties are:
• Setting up widows, calculations and admin.
• HMRC download (change of tax codes).
• Processing payroll for payment only clients.
• Issuing monthly statements to various clients and reconciling their accounts.
• Identify any potential risks and raising them to supervisor where necessary.
• Funding requests.
• Processing payment returns and admin.
• Adhoc duties eg change of bank details, change of address details, life certification, scanning, post allocation and letter drafting.
• Internal queries.
• Checking of colleagues work
• Guide more junior colleagues
The Ideal Candidate for this role be able to efficiently manage their range of work with a strong attention to detail at all times. They will also be a team player assisting other team members ensuring they respect their colleagues as well as earning the respect of their colleagues.
