We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Senior Administrator / Office Manager to work for a multi-disciplined construction company based in Barking, Essex.
Hours of work are Monday's to Friday's 8am to 5pm. The salary is £25-30,000 per annum depending on skills and experience. Immediate start for right candidate.
- To provide comprehensive administrative support - answering incoming telephone calls, sorting and distributing post, taking minutes in meetings, booking meeting rooms
- On-boarding of new starters, including DBS applications and ID document checks
- Monitor staff absence, annual leave and sickness
- Update monthly and circulate salary allocation register
- Planning company events including all aspects of mid-year and end of year events, team building activities and coordinating presentations
- Managing contracts including office photocopier, mobile phones, water, machines etc. and purchasing supplies
- Managing vehicle fleet, including MOT’s repairs etc
- Assisting with various audits including ISO, Health and Safety and FORS to ensure the company remain compliant
- To adhere to all company policies and procedures
