REED Business Support is working together with our local ansd reputable client to recruit a Senior Administrator on a part-time (30-34 hours) basis until January 2018. Full days on Wednesday and Thursday are essential but further hours can be worked to fit around the successful candidate.
Based in the centre of Bridgwater, you will be responsible for supporting the Adoption & Fostering team in various capacities such as meeting arrangement, updating databases and other general administrative duties. You will be confident in liaising with a wide variety of clients, colleagues and other professionals, both face-to-face and via other mediums.
In addition, you will become familiar with the systems and processes necessary to ensure the smooth daily running of a busy office, and prepare documents in line with this. There will also be an occasional requirement for key note-taking in meetings so previous experience within this would be advantageous.
Please note that you will be exposed to private information within this role and therefore, confidentiality is of the upmost importance. This role would suit a candidate with an interest in adoption and fostering.
