Reed Business Support are currently on the hunt for a Senior Administrator to take on a role working with one of our Falkirk based clients that are based in the housing sector.
Our client have a strong and recognisable name in Scotland and this role is a great opportunity to add a well known brand to your CV and perhaps secure a permanent position!

Contract duration- 3 month (initially)
Hourly rate- £10-£14p/h DOE

Purpose of the role- To provide an efficient service to customers regarding shared equity schemes administered on behalf of the Scottish Government. The post holder will be dealing with financial and personal information and adhere to targets and timescales.


• High level administration
• Administer help to buy scheme in line with operational polices
• Collate and process data
• Carry out financial assessments and issue relevant correspondence
• Assist with marketing and promotion activities
• Administer New Supply Shared Equity scheme applications
• Administer invoices and collect income in relation to commercial areas of the business
• Handle sensitive personal data and maintain accurate records
• Collate statistics
• Assist in the provision of statistical information to the Scottish Government as outlined in policies, procedures and job plans
• Investigate, resolve and record complaints

It is essential that candidates have experience of providing administrative services to a high level. Candidates must be numerate and have a keen eye for detail.
