• To oversee and coordinate staff to ensure completion of jobs in a timely and professional manner.
• Responsible for the line management of the receptionist(s) and the provision of reception facilities and switchboard.
• Providing an incoming and outgoing post service, the central purchasing services for stationery, printing, refreshments and catering for meetings, meeting room booking and travel arrangements.
• Manage the provision of document management for regulatory correspondence and associated documents which includes updating manuals and controlled records.
• Responsible for the line management of the Claims Administrator who manages the processing of all claims from 3rd Parties for property damage, personal injury etc.
• Providing administrative assistance to the Procurement Manager, Fleet Manager, HR and Communications team.
• Promote good health and safety practices and complete risk assessments where required.
• Ensuring that sufficient cover and a high level of service is provided at all times across the function.
• Providing cover for the Executive PA.
• Document control best practice
• Previous experience within an administrative role
• Proven experience of leading a team to deliver a high quality and reliable standard of service.
• Strong PC skills in MS Office suite including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
