I have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Administrator to join a leading professional services organisation based in Birmingham City Centre

The client is a leading wealth management oraganisation so experience within this line of work would be an advantage. 

This is a 12 month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will have the confidence and competence to deal with volumes of work and to be able to hit the ground running in this role.

For this reason, previous office administration experience is essential.

The main duties involved are as follows:

Making payments to and from Client accounts
Amending Client account data in line with Client/Agent instruction
Checking Client account data to ensure all updated records are accurate on all systems
Document management, labeling and filing

Experience required:

Previous working experience in an office environment with Microsoft Outlook and Excel knowledge is essential. 

Skills required:

Attention to detail
Ability to deal with a large volume of work
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Good communication skills
Commitment and reliability

This is a 12 month fixed term contract and as outlined above the right candidate for this role must have proven office administration experience at a Senior level and be able to manage a very high workload. 

The salary being offered is up to £22k and the closing date for the role is Friday 21st July. Feedback on CV's will be given w/c 24th July. 

Candidates must be able to start in the role as soon as possible.
